Meet Jiao Shi
Jiao is a SF-based product designer with 8+ years of experience crafting 0→1 products with emerging tech — AI, AR/VR, Robotics, and Smart Wearables. Her work spans 3D generative AI tools, data marketplaces, AI-personalized content covers, and smart sports wearables featured at Apple WWDC. She specializes in designing experiences that seamlessly bridge the physical and digital worlds. Jiao has led design in both fast-paced startups and large-scale organizations, enabling her to comfortably zoom between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
Outside of work, Jiao actively volunteers at AIGA San Francisco to champion women in design leadership. She also runs a creative side project customizing LEGO-style Brick Figures for people — a playful way to bring digital memories into the tangible world.

In today’s digital world, we all have tons of pictures on our phones, but those special moments deserve a little extra love. This thought sparked my side project: turning your photos into custom BRICK FIGURES!
I'm passionate about offering a playful and tangible way to cherish digital memories. What began as a personal passion has blossomed into a service because so many people loved it! So far, I've customized brick figures from sports victories to holiday cheer, and I'm excited to expand into creating personalized business gifts and more!
